Have you chosen the artists to create the famed art? Is there a process that I need to do to apply? This really sounds like a great idea, and I would be excited to be involved. I painted a plane for Troy last summer (mine won the Best of Show and is on exhibit in downtown Troy). I will try to call the numbers listed here tomorrow, Monday, March 24th.
