Local business Evans Title Agency won the Dayton Better Business Bureau’s Eclipse Integrity Award in the 1-20 employees category, beating out over 275 Dayton-area nominations.

Evans Title Agency, Inc. has been challenged by recent developments in the real estate market, but its integrity, honesty and values haven’t wavered. Evans Title takes the right ethical position despite short-term effects.

“It (integrity) should not be an option,” said president Tim Evans. “An organization should be committed to doing what is in the best interest of its clients while adhering to the laws and regulations that are formed to protect these clients and, at the same time, offering the best possible product or service.”
